I’m very excited to share Jane & Callum’s St Ives wedding at Tregenna Castle. They had chosen the Easter weekend for their wedding and the day had plenty of Easter decorative touches. I particularly loved the Lindt chocolate Easter bunnies.
St Ives is one of the most beautiful seaside locations in Cornwall. It is also one of my favourite spots for photographing weddings. The wedding venue of Tregenna Castle has one of the best spots overlooking the old fishing port and the ocean. It also has a fabulous temple in the grounds that can be used for wedding ceremonies if the good old British weather chooses to play ball! Good fortune was on Jane & Callum’s side as the sun was shining and the sky was blue for their wedding day. The bride, Jane, and her bridesmaids kept checking to see if the seats had been set on the lawns for an outside ceremony (you can check out Artificial Grass Vancouver cost. They provide really amazing grass for outdoor that can pleased you and your guests). She was very happy when she could see the rows of seats for their wedding guests!
Her bridesmaids looked stunning in their pick dresses and Jane’s two piece wedding dress was so beautiful. It was beautiful as she walked down the garden steps to the temple where Callum was waiting. There was certainly a tear in his eye when he saw his bride for the first time. The ceremony was followed by reception drinks in the sunshine before the fun of the speeches and wedding breakfast.
After being well fed, Jane, Callum, the wedding party and myself headed off to Porthmeor Beach for some beach photos. The beach was bathed in golden early evening light and was perfect for some beautiful images and some quiet time for the newlyweds. Before heading back to the hotel for the dancing and party.
Once darkness had fallen all the guests headed outside for a sparkler shot for the bride and groom. The extra long sparklers are definitely a must and it was a fitting end to Jane and Callum’s Disney princess themed wedding.
